The product status cannot be changed to 'Merchant Fulfilled'
Hello,
Over the past few months, we've encountered two issues that the Amazon Seller Support team has been unable to resolve.
The first issue is that almost all our product statuses cannot be changed to "Fulfilled by Merchant" after FBA inventory becomes unavailable. We followed the advice of the Amazon support team, using both template and manual conversions on the Manage Inventory page. Unfortunately, neither method has resolved the issue, and the support staff continues to repeat the same instructions without providing a new solution.
(As the first issue remains unresolved, we can only hope for our goods to reach the FBA warehouse soon to minimize our business losses. When inventory is available, a second issue arises.)
The second issue is that our product status remains out of stock even when our new inventory is marked as available. Customer support has provided only one solution, requiring us to delete the product information each time, wait for 24 hours, and then upload the product information again. Additionally, we can only choose "Fulfilled by Amazon" (otherwise, the inventory remains out of stock).
Until today, we are still grappling with this issue, severely impacting our business. We firmly believe this is a problem with the Amazon system and hope to engage the expertise of Amazon's professional technical team to help us overcome our current challenges.
I am reaching out to this community in the hope of receiving guidance. If anyone has experienced similar situations or has profound insights into the processes I've encountered, I would greatly appreciate your advice.
