Inauthentic Complaint with Brand Direct Invoice & Amazon Rejects
Hey Amazon,
I received an inauthentic complaint from a customer & provided amazon all the necessary information to appeal with a invoice directly from the supplier. However, it is still being rejected by Seller Performance Team. Can someone redirect or escalate my case to a supportive team member.
Invoice includes
Brand, Website, Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email.
And information matches my Business Address on my Seller Central Account.
Unsure what else can be done to prove that I sold legitmate product. Thank you in advance.

Hello @CHAI_MARKETPLACE,
Thank you for posting your concerns surrounding a customer authenticity complaint.

You mentioned that you’ve provided invoices from the supplier and included all the required information. The question I would have is, who is your supplier? Is your supplier an authorized distribution channel for the brand in question?

When you provided your documentation, what did you receive in response? Depending on the reason for rejection, there can be a number of things you can do. I would suggest providing the reason for rejection of these documents. The additional information will help with providing more guidance moving forward.
I will advise, if there is an issue with your supplier, you may need to provide supporting evidence to show that they are an authorized distribution channel. This can include a letter of authorization, or an invoice from your suppliers, supplier. This will help verify the products you sourced where authentic and appropriately sourced.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
