Constantly being asked for two step verification
I can barely get work done because every 10th time I open a new tab of Seller Central it is asking me to authenticate.
I spend a lot of time in Seller Central and I like to keep some tabs open as I work because I need to go back and forth. This doesnt need to be explained to anyone who works on a computer it is just basic.
I like the 2 factor authentication but I need it to stick for at least half a day, preferably for an entire session of a full day if I dont restart my computer.
Ive tried clearing all cookies on by browser and restarting. Still this issue persists.
I need some advice and quick. Not getting much work done.

Yup....noticing this the 2nd half of the week. Super annoying especially when I check the 'don't require OTP in this browser'.

This 2 step verification is a PITA for many of us.
I have one cellphone, one tablet, and one laptop I use to access my Amazon account.
The financial institutions I use recognise my devices, but Amazon needs 2 factor ID every time I access my selling account, 99% of the time from my home wired or wireless internet access?
Makes no sense.

a lot of times im on my tablet in the living room and thing "i should check if i have any pending orders, or should update the price on something or whatever". I enter my password and the OTP pops up and my phone in the back bedroom goes off. I think "well, its not that important, ill take care of it later" and close the tab. At least my laptop seems to stay logged in for several days

Instead of receiving a code on your phone via text or voice call each time you sign in to your seller account, you can use an authenticator app to generate your authentication code. Authenticator apps do not require phone service or an Internet connection to work, but must be downloaded to whatever device or PC you choose.

This has been a problem too where, while packing, the website just decides to ask for OTP again for no reason. It does it several times a day with no apparent solution but to input the OTP. It kills the workflow and it becomes more of an annoyance. This annoyance began maybe about a month ago and has been more constant as time goes by. I've cleared cookies, caches, switched computers, even browsers, and it still constantly logs me out and proceeds to ask for an OTP.
