I read the very marketeering website being promoted on the home page, and still can't find the list of gotchya's. Is it still mandatory that we submit multi-channel orders through this platform, or can we just pick and choose when to use it? I don't want to sit through an entire presentation just to discover that the primary purpose of this platform is data mining.

@KJ_Amazon I've been using Veeqo for a few days and there is no statement of charges so I can see where my credits are being applied. I was told by Veeqo that I should just take their word for it. Sorry, but for multiple reasons, I don't. I have to pay by credit card instead of direct pay out of my Amazon account. It's a crap shoot on whether Veeqo has dowloaded only the ready to ship orders or has also picked up orders from months ago that have already shipped but is telling you they need to be shipped. I have to re-enter shipping information for items shipped day after day because it doesn't save them for products. The shipping reports they say you can find are non-existent. Support literally leaves my hanging after I ask a question. So what is the benefit to sellers here?
If those things were fixed the credits would make going off-site worth it but so far I'm not impressed.

Veeqo is an amazon company, remember that when you have issues with your shipping labels! They are just as unhelpful as amazon. Zero responsibility. I tried veeqo and had az claims left and right. Free is going to cost you your account.
