amazon verification documents not being accepted

hi all can anyone help me with what name and address needs to match with the bil or what is the issuel? im registered as a sole trader with my store name.

i submit my ee mobile phone bill directly downloaded from my mobile phone provider website and it gets rejected by amazon. my name and address match. anyone have any ideas?
