Could you please help why this is happening, already contacted amazon regarding this issue, they could not provide any satisfactry solution of this issue

We’ve noticed something not quite right with Amazon ads at the moment.
We launched 100 new asins a week ago and launched a new ad campaign. Ee set a budget of £20 per day and have spent a whopping 49p in a week.
We’ve checked the asins are searchable and they are our own brand so we are the only seller on the listings.
Just doesn’t make sense.
