Product is of Standard Size and as per Amazon policy, but shown as non standard while creating shipments
My product is a standard-size item that has been selling for nearly a year, and the packaging dimensions have never changed. The most recent measurements are as follows:
FNSKU: X003ZV5POX
Length: 17.52 inches
Width: 9.21 inches
Height: 6.3 inches
Weight: 10.78 pounds
FBA fulfillment fees: $9.25
The FBA Inventory page also indicates that this product is classified as Standard-size.
However, when I attempt to create a shipment, it shows the product as non-standard size. I've sought support, but it seems that my request isn't being fully understood. I need the warehouse system to update the dimensions to the recent measurements so that I can create shipments and replenish stock as usual. Unfortunately, I've been informed that the product has been remeasured twice in the past 60 days, and no further remeasurement can be done.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Our inventory cannot afford further delays. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter!
