KYC Documents Rejected
I'm really looking for any help with our account. We have been going through the KYC process for some time and providing all the documents Amazon has requested.
The company charter is the document that has been rejected. Our company charter is downloaded from the Industry and Commerce Bureau and all the official seals and signatures are there.
This has a huge impact on our small business and if we still don't have selling privileges, we may have to lay off employees.
Can anyone help us please? I completely understand the need for the KYC process and will continue to provide all the information and documents requested by me, but it is very harmful not to be able to sell products during this period.

Same issue, our account got deactivated now and can't sell anything on Amazon. All of our goods got stranded. We already provided everything they asked but in the end still got rejected without any disclose. Anyone know hot to resolve this?
