Hello to everyone!

I own an online pharmacy store in Greece and I am an Amazon seller.
One month ago, Amazon deactivated my accounts in France and Spain because it says that I found to be related in an account which I don’t know!!!

I 've sent any documents proving my authenticity (bank account and transfers, logo and company authorizations, business license and personal details straight through my Tax Autorities) but nothing happened.

Can anyone give me any assistance?
