Trying to delete condition notes: workflow please
My poor brain.
I'm trying to bulk-delete condition notes from around 2,000 listings of used books. I'll be adding new notes in a later step, but that's for another day.
I assume I have to export my inventory, edit in Excel and upload - but the documentation for bulk upload is doggerel and I've wasted hours of my life on error messages.
Let's start again. Can anyone suggest a quick workflow? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that you would like to remove your condition notes for your products. If you do a full update with a book loader, this should remove all of your content you previously provided for your listings. Ensure you have all the information you want on the listing in the file, as it will remove everything you do not include. You can find the instructions here in this help page and you can also find the report in this help page if you can download it from the first one. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to Seller Support with your batch ID so they can review it for you.
