Listing not displaying condition note?

Hello forum people,

has anyone else experienced this issue? I have listed an item 'NEW - open box condition' yet on the listing it is just showing up as NEW, when I print the packing slip it has all the details of condition on there asit should be. having noticing this I contacted the customer who has now cancelled.

any suggestions on a fix would be much appriciated.
