Amazon Account Deactivated due to related account which I never owned

My name is Ahsan Ali. I am the director/owner of my Amazon account namely "VICTORY COMBAT LTD" with the registered trademark "DAMLUC". I have been selling on Amazon UK since 2020. The reason I am contacting is about my account deactivation. I received an email listed below #1 that My account found a related account with the name of "LIAKHPISYA" which I never used. After receiving that email, I had been asked to reactivate Your account by submitting documents. So I did the same with whatever Documents and Explanations However I had. But Amazon rejected my request and kept deactivating my account and sent another email listed below with #2. Now it is saying I had a related account beginning with "SetsportPK" which I had never used before. Now My question is that does it my error? At, first amazon said I had "LIAKHPISYA" related account and now it is saying I have "SetsportPK" related account. First, reactivate it and then start working on "Victory Combat LTD". Now I am not sure where should I go. If I reply again to that email #2, Maybe amazon say You have another third account with the name of something else i don't know. So Am contacting You please resolve this issue. It is happening by error or someone hacking my account i don't know. Because I had never used both accounts nor even created. even I am listening those two accounts "LIAKHPISYA" & "SetsportPK" for the first time.

This is not the correct channel to contact the MD - this is simply a forum for other sellers, and none of us can help with this.
The MD email is managing director at amazon.co.uk (they would not let me type the actual address !). Good luck with this. You will need to be very persistant that you do not have any other related account.

Although Amazon have made it more confusing than it needed to be, they are talking about the same selling account. It was originally called "LIAKHPISYA" but later changed its name to "SetsportPK".
I can't post personal info on here, but if you look at the seller profile on Amazon US you'll see the seller info. That might help you find the link.
