Efficient use of Click and Drop/Veeqo

Hi all,

We have signed up to Royal Mail Click and Drop, and Veeqo.

I’m trying to find an efficient way to ship our custom orders, that is better than buying shipping through Amazon.

I understand that Veeqo performs a manifest at 11pm every night if you are connected to Click and Drop which is good, but I cant seem to get around the inefficiency of completing my custom order then going to EITHER Royal Mail or Veeqo to find the order I’m working on so I can try to print the label and mark it to identify the shipping label with the product.

I have to do this almost every time, as we mostly produce custom orders.

It’s a lot of hunt and peck to go from site to site just to get a single label printed.

Does anyone know an efficient way forward? I would be grateful to hear it.

Many thanks,
Aaron

I don’t think amazon forward the customisation information.

My order management software can’t get it either, I have to generate the label on it then open the order on amazon

You’re supposed to give a copy of that manifest with your post, do you know how to manifest manually?
