View Payments Summary- CLEARED?

Amazon is showing our full balance as cleared, i think this is an error anybody seeing this? Would be nice for them to disperse the whole amount early. I still don’t understand why amazon hold the money for 14 days! Anybody successfully requested on demand withdrawal so you don’t have to wait for cleared funds.

Mine has cleared too. I disbursed this morning and amount was just over £60, I had an email to confirm this. Amount in my account was still several hundred pounds. When looking at account now, balance is nil and opening up report, says several hundred transferred today??

Yup same problem here last 8 dispatched orders haven’t credited to balance. Have raised a case. they say there’s no technical issue yet recorded but have raised to relevant department.

Same here ! My balance is cleared since today, I disbursed this morning too but i souhd have more than three thousands pounds on my account.

My own balance is not cleared but rather shows the same number without updating as orders are confirmed as shipped.

So this appears to be a site-wide glitch.

Same here, balance shows £0.00. Raised a case with Seller support and they seem to think whole amount of my balance has been transferred but I’m sure this is not true as the usual disbursement email they sent states a different (correct) amount being transferred. I’m guessing its a slowdown in their system today as usually my disbursement occurs in the early hours on a Saturday, and by the time I wake up the ‘payments summary’ is fully up to date with amount transferred and remaining balance all correctly displayed.

i am waiting for update, it’s a little bit scary.
amazon is not reliable as used to be which i can trust, lost £15k after amazon received my FBA stock and then disappeared. no compensation at all.
