Incorrect Variations Policy Violation
I have just been given two Account Policy Warning for Incorrect Variations in the last 2 days for items I haven't sold in over a year and for which I have not done any recent updates. From what I can see now in my back end, the same Parent ASIN now has multiple Parent SKUS. This actually does not make any sense. And each of those parent skus, has variations under them which are not at all related to the Original Parent ASIN/SKU I originally created last year. I am being given warnings for something I have not done. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @Seller_uItZ6gBdiQ481,
I understand your frustration with receiving policy warnings for issues you haven't actively caused. Dealing with unexpected account policy violations can be stressful, especially when you haven't made recent changes to your listings. However, I want to assure you that we take seller concerns seriously and are here to help you resolve this matter.
It's possible that the issue you're experiencing with multiple Parent SKUs under the same Parent ASIN is a result of a technical glitch or an error in Amazon's system. While it's uncommon, these types of issues can sometimes occur, leading to unintended policy violations.
Here are a few steps you can take to address this situation:
Gather evidence: Take screenshots or document the issue you're experiencing with the incorrect variations and multiple Parent SKUs. This evidence will be helpful when communicating with Amazon's support team.
Contact Seller Support: Reach out to Amazon Seller Support and explain the issue in detail. Provide them with the evidence you've gathered, including the specific ASINs and SKUs affected. Request assistance in resolving the policy violations and correcting the multiple Parent SKU issue.
Review the Variation Policies: While you wait for a response from Seller Support, you may want to review Amazon's policies on variations and product listings. This can help you better understand the requirements and ensure compliance moving forward. You can find relevant information in the "Help" section of your Seller Central account or on the following pages:
Creating and Maintaining Variation Relationships
Monitor your account: Keep an eye on your account for any updates or resolutions from Amazon's support team. If the issue persists, or you receive additional policy warnings, don't hesitate to follow up with them.
Please note that while we cannot guarantee an immediate resolution, Amazon's support team is dedicated to assisting sellers and addressing legitimate concerns. By providing detailed information and following the proper channels, you increase the chances of resolving this issue promptly.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to reach out to the community.
