Remove customer review that violates community guidelines

Order number: 206-7157782-4673937

ASIN: BOCL7YHYXS

The buyer in this order number left me a 1 star review on my listing where I believe it’s violates Amazon Community guidelines, will explain

 -The first ground 

The buyer mentioned on her review which can be considered as sware words such as the title of her review “Crap” and as Amazon Community guidelines mention 

A. Don't post content that is libellous, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or inflammatory.

B. Profanity or harassmentIt's OK to question beliefs and expertise, but be respectful. We don't allow: Profanity, obscenities, or name-callingHarassment or threatsAttacks on people you disagree withLibel, defamation, or inflammatory contentDrowning out opinions. Don't post from multiple accounts or coordinate with others.

-the second ground The buyer mentioned in her review about the price of the product is wasting of money which I believe is violating Amazon Community Guidelines in this ground 

C. Comments about pricing, product availability or alternate ordering options are also not about the product and should not be shared in Customer Reviews or Questions and Answers.

-seller opinion After looking to the buyer page I noticed that the buyer did this kinda action with many sellers and always was almost same story with 1 star review Please have a look into this 

When I contacted the buyer after I refunded her she said you are lucky that we didn’t bring a low suit to your company which also violates the community guidelines

I contacted Amazon seller support 100 times and they are very useless Im telling them right they say left I told them it’s a customer review not seller feedback they come back with the same response by asking to go to feedback manager and request removal

I’m requesting to remove this review which violates Amazon Community Guidelines and I believe you will take the right decision Thanks

You need to request cancellation of the feedback on the button next to the feedback, or alternatively raise a case with Amazon. You wont really get anywahere on here
