Seller Fullfilled Prime - SFP - Trail
Hi,
i have been on the SFP Trial for almost 1 year, and have always done as requested.
Ship same day
Use tracked 24 Royal Mail
and operate on weekends
But we have never graduated from the trial, i have tried the normal useless channels and even MD email.
How on earth do i get this sorted?
One issue we have got is Prime Orders in Ireland, not sure how to exclude them as next day/Royal Mail 24 is not an option.

We have the same issue, been on trial since last year without any contact or help. Not sure where to go and complain about this.
