GS1 Brand name vs Product brand name

Hi!

I’m new to Amazon FBA, and just recently tried adding my first product listing after purchasing 10 GS1 barcodes. When creating the product on GS1, I used my Amazon store name as the brand. I currently don’t have any trademarked goods, so I just checked the box that said “This product does not have a brand.” But I’m getting a 8572 Error: “You are using UPCs, EANs, ISBNs, ASINs, or JAN codes that do not match the products you are trying to list.”

I currently have a case open that has been sent to the internal team but it’s been about 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything back yet. Has anyone dealt with this type of issue before?
