Compliance Request stuck in "Submitted" Action Required
My listing had it's detail page removed due to 'missing compliance documents." This ASIN is a running gel that uses a nutrition facts panel NOT a supplement facts panel so it is not subject to provide product compliance documentation.
- I first received a compliance request back in February (as seen in this case 14761355031) and Amazon reviewed it and found that it is not a dietary supplement.
Fast forward 7 months and my listing was taken down due to missing compliance documents. On my account health page I see the compliance request re-appeared and just shows as submitted "Requires action."
- The option to appeal is just grayed out as though it was already submitted.
I've contacted Account Health and seller support (Case IDs: 15960202371and 15960105211) to no resolution. All I hear is that this issue has been escalated to an internal team that from what I can tell just doesn't exist or doesn't seem to care about supporting sellers. It's ridiculous that I have in writing that Amazon reviewed this and determined it is not a dietary supplement and it's been weeks without a response or resolution.
- This is just bad business, Amazon already reviewed this and found that it doesn't actually require compliance, then they randomly take down my listing. If they don't get it together quick enough I risk them automatically removing my inventory, making me pay that removal fee. Just horrible customer service all around.
Mods if there's anything you can do to help I would greatly appreciate it.

I did notice this is an active ASIN within your FBA inventory, can you please confirm if this is correct?
