Brand Registry Declined - Account Abusive?

Case Number: 9111279062

Hope you're well and thank you for taking the time to read my post.

We've had our Brand Registry declined & the appeal declined saying our account is abusive or something of the sort

I don't understand why or how this could be the case!

We've never had an issue with customers,

We've got high account health, high seller and product feedback, we don't owe Amazon any money, everything on our account is healthy!

We've had our Brand Registry declined & the appeal declined saying our account is abusive or something of the sort

I don't understand why or how this could be the case!

We've never had an issue with customers,

We've got high account health, high seller and product feedback, we don't owe Amazon any money, everything on our account is healthy!

We had the same issue a few months ago, turned out there was an issue with our Germany account (we don't sell outside the UK but still all still have the other marketplaces).

Go to 'Inventory' then 'Sell Globally' and then scroll to the bottom to check all your other markeplaces are at normal health.

Worth a check!

Once we made our Germany account healthy (which was resolved by asking SS what the issue is, they just fixed it some how) - we appealed the brand registry and it was accepted

I had the same issue for months, everything seemed in order but i could not even contact brand registry, I actually gave up to be honest, had a change of heart and decided to try again, one thing i noticed is that my account health was being affected by a few bullet points i added to products against Amazon policy, i edited the bullet points in question and a week later I got an email confirming brand registry had been accepted, was brand registry denied because of not complying with policy and this was deemed to be abusive conduct I will never know.
