Invalid value - error 8105

Hello,

I am getting the error 8105 - invalid value when uploading my XML feed using SP-API.

I have followed Amazon XSD files to create my XML feed file:
https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/G/01/rainier/help/xsd/release_4_1/amzn-envelope.xsd
https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/G/01/rainier/help/xsd/release_4_1/Product.xsd
https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/G/01/rainier/help/xsd/release_4_1/Computers.xsd

My product is from the category Laptops(Computers->NotebookComputer).

As I have found out the problem is with the field “HardDiskTechnology”, I have tried to assign the values: ‘SSD’ and ‘IDE’ which are 100% valid, but I am still getting the same error.

I tried to request support for help - emailing them for 7 days already, they give me the same advice, but it doesn’t solve the problem.

I have the last hope - people who are here would know the solution and help me!

I tried to request support for help - emailing them for 7 days already, they give me the same advice, but it doesn’t solve the problem.

Have you tried just uploading one of the effected items, see if you get the same error.

I’m battling with an 8105 error too. How did you work out which field was the problem? The error message just refers to “an attribute” - not helpful when there are 221 attributes to choose from!

Thanks, I hadn’t realised that.

The error showing there is “Issue translator library encountered a technical error. The error was of type: MarketplaceId should be a positive number. Investigate using internal tools.”

I’m still baffled!

Have you solved, what’s is causing the error?

I’m having the same issue with jeans inventory file for both - mens or womens

Tried to upload several files but still error exists. Can I expect any help or adivce?

Interesting that the code 8105 doesn’t appear n the list of Amazon error codes, you sure it’s 8105 and not 8015:
