Account reactivation but I have no violation warning

Hi,

my account is blocked but when I click on reactivate account it show no violations warnings,

see picture below, what can I do ? thanks

I see the screenshot that you provided shows the account health page with no issues, did you check to see if you have received any performance notifications? Have you attempted to open a case into the situation?

I encourage you to share more regarding the messaging that you may have received regarding this concern.
