How do I reactive my account?
To demonstrate the authenticity of your account and your inventory, submit the following documentation for the ASINs and brand listed below:
--Valid ID proof document that includes full name, date of birth, ID number, expiry date, signature of the bearer (if applicable) and country of issuance or country of citizenship.
--Bank statement or credit card statement including records related to purchase of ASIN under review.
--Order history, order confirmation email including records related to purchase of ASIN under review.

Amazon just want the proof that you legally bought these units from an authorized distributor.
We have seen this many times in the forum, you are not the only or first one.

Do you have the other documentation that our team is requesting? If so, have you attempted to submit that alongside the invoice that you have? Furthermore, have you verified that your invoice meets the requirements set forth in our responsible sourcing policy?
Does the agreement you have with the authorized distributor extend to you for the reselling of the product? If not, do you have any kind of agreement with the brand regarding the authorization to resell their product on the platform?
