WE COME TO THE FORUM TO PUT ON THE ISSUES FACED BY OUR SELLER AND IT IS NOT RECTIFIED AND NO PROPER INVESTIGATION IS DONE BY AMAZON TEAM. WE FACE LOTS OF ISSUE AS A SELLER SUCH LIKE FAKE ORDERS , FRAUDLENT BUYERS , GETTING USED RETURN MATERIAL , GETTING IN RETURN AS EMPTY BOX. FULL BENEFIT ONLY ENJOYED BY THE BUYER AND YOU AMAZON TEAM AS YOU TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY PROPERLY FROM SELLER AND WE SELLER ONLY FACES LOSSES.

then please give the solution for return parcel received such as damaged , used and empty box.. as amazon keeps seller blocked at 8% return rate.

nobody from amazon team is ready to talk, whenever i make a call to them they say mail your issue or re appeal on safe t claim and concern safe t claim department doesnt come in scene itself they say there is no direct way to contact them. and as a proof i have everything opening video of what the parcel i have received then too the amazon safe t claim team keep deny my claims.
