Sales Performance Concern – High-Quality Product, Competitive Pricing, but Low Sales

Dear Amazon Support,

I am reaching out regarding my product performance. I sell premium-quality kitchen accessories under my brand tumbliQ and have ensured that my products are priced lower than competitors while maintaining superior quality. However, despite these efforts, my sales remain extremely low.

I have also run multiple ad campaigns, but they cost significantly more than the revenue generated. Even after multiple attempts, I only receive 1-2 orders occasionally, making it difficult to sustain my business.

Here are a few key points regarding my account:

My Account Health Rating is 200 and shows as "Healthy."

My pricing is highly competitive.

My product quality meets and exceeds market standards.

I have optimized my listing with clear images, A+ Content, and well-researched keywords.

Despite running PPC campaigns, the ACoS is high, and the conversion rate is low.

I would like to understand what could be the possible reasons for this low sales performance. Could there be any issues affecting my listing visibility? Are there any recommendations from your side that could help improve my sales and conversion rate?

I appreciate any insights or suggestions that could help resolve this issue.

Looking forward to your response.

Hello, this is a public forum for Amazon Sellers. Amazon is not going to respond to you with recommendations for how to help you sell better.

You are in a highly competitive and highly over saturated market in selling kitchen accessories.

I would stop running ads if your ACos is that bad too.

Good luck.

Hi @Seller_ZEZvPzlNa3hTC

Multiple reasons could be affecting your sales, from changing the A10 Algorithm, High Inventory-low rotary, and non-organic sales, etc.

You must focus on your storytelling, no matter if you are selling other brands or your own brand, you must build a strong and empathic connection with your potential customer, read this post @Seller_oRtrjPXqAfS95about it.

Do not depend only on Amazon Marketplace; remember the main business of Amazon right now is cloud and ads (search different AI to validate this info).

Amazon Marketplace, like other Marketplace,s is just one way to sell or channel to use, Imagine you have a bakery store located in the biggest and most important Mall in your town, where more than 70% of customers go there to buy, This mall is named Amazon but you have the other 30% of potencial customer looking other places where the feel great.

Build your brand with purpose, focus on customer pain or the solution that your customer wants, and no matter where you sell your story, they will find you.

Best week!

God bless you!

Thanks for creating this post, @Seller_ZEZvPzlNa3hTC- and I am glad to see the helpful guidance offered by the community already!

It is true that optimizing detail pages and using search terms effectively are key to boosting sales. And, if interested, you may want to explore services offered by Strategic Account Services if you are seeking more personalized account management or recommendations!

Thanks,

Danny
