If a trademark is registered in one class (Class 003), does it have protection also in another class (Class 005)?
If a trademark is registered in one class (Class 003), does it have protection also in another class (Class 005)?
I have received IP infringement complaints from another seller whose trademark is registered in Class 003, but my product belongs to Class 005!
I believe, someone at Amazon Brand Registry has made the wrong decision. As a result, I have several violations in my Account Health Dashboard. I have appealed those "violations" 50 times already, having provided all the documents and even more.
However, all my appeals are being rejected by the Account Health team (in Mumbai, India).
What can I do to have my listings reinstated? Please help!

Just from browsing the forums what I have seen is Amazon just sees the trademark name and dings you for it no matter what class or category the trademarked name is in. Their system can't determine a difference and forget seller support. They can't wrap their head around any issue you bring up to them. Just canned responses. If you have listings using any trademarked name or phrase, Try listing the products without those phrases if at all possible without somehow triggering Amazon or the person who placed a trademark infringement against you or remove the products entirely.

I have reached out to a contact of mine to get a bit more information on this situation with next steps. As soon as I hear back from them, I'll let you know!
