I have so many questions and so far, I was making a google search and the answer was at the amazon.com. forum and I was able to read it.

Now, I keep getting the below image and I have no access to the amazon.com forum.

How can I get access again?

I 've tried all the possible ways , but none has given me the opportunity to read the articles.
