Customer restriction type STILL Missing for electronic ecigarettes
I am now at my wits end with this. I am unable to list anything, as there is nowhere in the Amazon template to add the "customer_restriction_type" attribute "uk_18_ecigs". The field is just completely missing. I have contacted seller services dozens of times and their response is a joke! It is like an unfunny joke is being played on me. For example, I painstakingly explained in very clear English to seller support (what a misnomer!) that I could not populate the attribute because it was missing and after several days got this response:
"We received your submission and after careful review we have determined that your ASINs do not meet the criteria for reinstatement.
Why did this happen?
Your listings do not meet our standards. Refer to the following details:
"This product has been identified as an electronic cigarette or other nicotine inhaling product or part which requires the “customer_restriction_type” attribute to be populated with “uk_18_ecigs” (all in lowercase). All electronic cigarettes and nicotine inhaling products or parts must be permitted by Amazon policy and flagged, categorized and described appropriately. For further information, please see the ‘Tobacco and Tobacco Related’ section in the Seller Help Pages: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/external/201744070?language=en_GB&ref=efph_201744070_cont_201743940&referral=A315XU9NSSEIZZ_A1H8IH9S5V4P4W Once completed, you do not need to contact Seller Support for reinstatement as your ASIN will be reinstated within two business days after the "customer_restriction_type" attribute is populated with the required information. We leveraged a combination of automated means to identify this issue and to make this decision."
This is beyond frustrating, it is badly damaging my business! If this issue cannot be resolved, then I shall have to discontinue selling on Amazon, as I am unable to list anything.

Sarah, I have shared the case ID, which is 9714240962, twice with you but nothing seems to be happening. Please could you help me, as I am still going round in impossible circles with seller support, who keep telling me to populate an attribute that isn't there. I realise that this will be an automated bot reply each time, but that is a problem in itself. We need help from knowledgeable humans and thinking bots can deal with us, with stock replies, is just treating sellers with total contempt.
