I am brand owner, but I can not sell

We once had an agency manage the sales of amazon through their own vendor central accounts. They requested documents that positioned them as the brand owners, and which we provided in good faith. They then got the brand placed in premium beauty, and also gated it from other sellers. So basically no other sellers were able to jump on the listing unless they were authorized by them.
In a short time, the agency took over our brand. Not even ourselves were able to sell on amazon.
How can amazon help us retrieve back control of our brand?
