Inactive Account Frustration
For some reason my sellers account was made inactive and the process to reactivate my account is very confusing. Every time I click on something i get the same message saying that my account is inactive. I try to contact Amazon Seller and this is not possible because the account is inactive....Frustrating.
I checked all the credit card information and it is ACTIVE and amazon is still charging the fees linked to it so what is the problem? Any one else have this issue, no way to contact amazon, no way to activate, there is no reactivate link in the admin oufff. Thanks for any help!

Looking at your account I see it was reinstated on 1/5/25. Hopefully the issue was resolved.
