Seller hijacked private label listing

I have a private label product which is branded with my company logo and I have brand approval to sell this.

However there is another seller on the listing selling a product which cannot be mine, how do I remove this seller?

I have contacted Amazon but as i do not have brand registry they will not help me

Many thanks

You could try performing a test purchase, then when you have the product and can take pictures of it you can report it as counterfeit under that order ID.

Don't know if that still works these days. Also could be an issue with it being seen to be sales rank manipulation by buying a product you also sell, so maybe double check it with "seller support" first.
