Clarification of terminology re Hazmat Safety Data Sheeets
Today I have had several emails from Amazon regarding safety data sheets for various cheap pens.
After initially thinking I’d have to get hold of such documents and cursing the effort involved , I re-read the email more closely and noticed this bit
this message applies to you if you are fulfiling your chemical products through the Amazon Fulfilment Network (AFN) and this compliance request is for a Safety Data Sheet (SDS). If you are using another method of fulfilment, such as the Merchant Fulfilment Network (MFN), please disregard this request for chemical products.
My question is as, a non FBA seller who just sends out stuff myself, am I definitely part of the MFN ?

You don’t need them if you are not fba however, if amazon have sent this for a specific product, you need to check if they are prohibited with your usual carrier
