Account deactivated

Just had this wonderful message
Your Amazon.co.uk Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you, but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held for longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Whem I dig further it is because they think I am related to a company called Laughing Donkey, which I am not.

I did the call back and the guy on the phone was polite, he was useless.
I am based in the UK with a UK account, premises and a valid limited company. If they do not release our 40K of stock we are insolvent.

Anyone have any idea what the issue is? sure I have worked for companies in the past that have amazon accounts but not affecting this!

We understand the concern regarding your account deactivation which is deactivated for related accounts.

Let’s work together in finding the solution.

In order to reactivate your selling account, you can follow the below steps:

If you know about the related account, you must work on first reactivating the related account. Once it is activated, you can submit an appeal from your account explaining that the related account is reactivated. The appeals team would then reactivate your account.

If you don’t know about the related account then in that case you must submit valid documentation to prove that you don’t own any relation with any selling account. Or, even if you owned the relationship once and now you are not related and you must explain it in your appeal with valid proofs.

In case you strongly believe that this action has been taken in error, you would need to submit a strong plan of action addressing your issue along with any of the supporting documents such as sales deed, purchase agreement, or business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.

Also, check if you have ever used any third-party services or shared your account information with anyone?

There could be numerous possibilities which may led to relation of two accounts, I would request you working on identifying the issue and get back with your findings.

Regarding fund disbursement, you can request for funds disbursement after 90 days of your account deactivation by contacting our support team at disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk

You can refer this policy to know more about the multiple accounts accounts.
