Discrepancies in delivery dates across all of our listings
We have over 2000 listings and noticed on Amazon marketplace yesterday that some of them will be delivered 20-22 May, but some others will be delivered 20-23 May. Those with 20-23 May have disgusting red writing stating “Usually dispatched within 2 to 3 days” (I call it a sale prevention).
We have one shipping template for all of the listings (RM 2-3 days). Default Handling Time is set to 2 days, with a cut off time 3am. All listings have 2 days set individually in Handling time too. Automated handling time was activated by Amazon (AGAIN) yesterday, but I switched it off yesterday (AGAIN). Our listings this morning still don’t show this change and we have two different delivery dates across all of our listings. WHAT AM I MISSING???

I think the Automated Handling takes 24 hours to refresh once enabled or disabled.
we had lengthy support case with amazon last week - where we objected to the forthcoming enforced enrollment of Automated Handling Time - they had no option other than to allow it to be enrolled and then for us to un-enroll.
they could not comprehend why a seller might not want it enabled and also could not comprehend why a seller might possibly want to be control of their own customer promises/expectations.

We've had the same issues today - I've now turned off the "Automated Handling Time" but can't recall Amazon informing us that they would turn on this feature.
A few of our variation listings have different Free Delivery dates advertised to customers. A bit like yourself we use one shipping template and have a handling time of 2 across all listings.

Just a heads up! This time, when Amazon activated Automated Handling Time without our consent and we turned it off after realising that our ship by dates are all over the place, it turned out that this wasn't enough to fix the random ship by dates (even after handling time bulk upload for all of our listings!).
It appeared that despite 2 days default handling time & each listing showing 2 days handling time, we still kept receiving orders with ship by 0 days, 1 day, 2 days & 3 days.
Upon our investigation, while on phone with seller "support" for over 40 minutes (case still pending Amazon action for past 2 days), we noticed that in Recommendations for SKU level handling time some of the recommendations were approved (not by us??) so even though we switched Automated handling time off, they were the final handling times showed to customers.
Shipping Settings > General Shipping Settings > View recommendations for SKU level handling time > Recommendations
It "only" took 3 hours to amend the approved by Amazon different than 2 days handling times, as the page is not user friendly.
Once again glitch / Amazon "helping us" run our business that generated more work.
