could you please help me
my account was inactive due to signing issue but after few convertation with amazon i did fully restore my account but my paymnet is on hold for last 5 month and they are asking invoice which i send it in detail and even the buyer compalin about my item said he is happy with my product could any one please tell me how long it will take to get my paymnet its over £7000
please update me

If you were suspended for possible inauthentic items then you need to prove their authenticity before Amazon will release your funds.
When you provided an invoice did Amazon accept it? Has your suspension been raised as your post suggests or are you still suspended?
Normally Amazon state that they will hold the money for at least 90 days if you haven’t managed to lift the suspension, but if your account is active again then you should be able to disburse again, even if with a reserve, unless you have a bank account issue?

Something to bear in mind is that Amazon will not disburse to your bank account if you do not have a current credit card on file. It may be worth checking that your credit card hasn’t expired without your realising it because that happened to me once and as soon as I updated my credit card disbursements resumed as normal.

one of my competitor is giving me negative feedbacks through fake ids. I told amazon that , amazon investigated it. and found the person giving me the negative feedback is my competitor, and then amazon asked me to report this on "Report on violation"and matter will be resolved . I did what I was asked ,but one further action was taken, I am still receiving the negative feedback. My accounts health is deteriorating, and Amazon support team is not taking any action to eradicate this.
Can any body tell me where/at what forum / link I should use to draw amazon intention so my problem could be resolved.

Amazon will not Disburse any funds if the Authenticity issue remains even if the account shows live to a certain degree. if they have requested supplier / manufacturer invoices they will want these to approxmately represent the product and quantities sold on Amazon.

Can you paste more detail in the response received by Amazon, after redatcing any personal or business information, you will then have a more definitive response to the issue.

The funds will be on hold until this authenticity issue is resolved, you will need to submit a detailed plan of action along with original supplier invoices clarifying the items authenticity. This cleary has not been resolved for some time as the email date from Amazon is November 2017 and it is now May 2018.

Amazon have been quite specific in their request. They will expect you as the seller, to know based on this email giving the specific ASIN’s/Products affected as to what action you can take to mitigate this from happening in future, in addition to providing and proving the items previously supplied and sold are authentic. They will expect you to supply manufacturer or supplier invoices that approximately match the quantity and products sold on Amazon. It is also important the date on the supplier invoices correspondences with reason to the sales of those products.

Do not assume because you may have had one specific complaint or a few complaints that are visible to you, that there are not more complaints that have been raised with Amazon they rarely suspend an account over 1 complaint

– Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.

It would indicate what you are providing is not enough, they are requesting a detailed action plan in addition to the supplier invoices, this in itself can be very difficult as it needs to be precise and detailed as previously stated.

I did not suggest you forget the amount owed to you amounting to £7,286.99

I did however suggest you provide a detailed action plan as requested by Amazon, based on this thread and responses it would appear you have provided Supplier invoices but no action plan or plan of appeal, we can only offer assitance / help based on the information provided , if you have received any further more recent correspondence from Amazon I would suggest providing it with any relevant personal and business information redacted so forum members can try offering help and assistance.

What type of supplier invoices did you provide?

I noticed that, but very much doubt invoices from HMV a high street retailer would account for product sales where a balance of £7.2K left on the seller account, indicating a sales level far higher. Unless HMV retail sell £8K’s worth of product instore for a discount - unlikely. If a small purchase sample of invoices from a retailer such as HMV have been provided as evidence of supplier invoices for volume activity and subsequent authenticity claims this would explain the impase and hold of funds. HMV Invoices provided would indicate the original product claims relate to Music, Video or Gaming type products, this is a very touchy area where Amazon is concerned.
