Amzn acc. deactivated due to MULTIPLE SELLER ACCOUNTS
Hi,
I'm a new seller on Amazon. I've no sales but a week ago my account {FKHAN TRADERS LLC} was deactivated due to related accounts. I don't even know that {FMH Enterprises LLC store}. I appealed but it was rejected, and they asked for documents. what documents can someone please explain?
Thank you.

Its very easy to re-activate accounts related to multiple seller accounts.
You just have to locate the related account and either
1. Fix any issues with it
2. Deactivate this account
Unfortunately, you are facing the issue where you are not familiar with this linked account. I have never seen anyone reactivate an account that was suspended due to multiple seller accounts and they did nothing with the related account.
I would suggest trying to find this related account. Could it belong to your family? If there is someone else in the same household with another Amazon account, thinking that you do not have an Amazon account, this could trigger the suspension you are talking about.

Hello @Seller_5TnwGGELUJLP2,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your multiple account policy violation.
As mentioned you were found to be associated to another store "FMH Enterprises LLC store", due to this you account was deactivated. This was caused due to some type of association of information between the two accounts. We never disclose how or why this identification was made, and will typically only offer the store name as seen and on some occasions the region of the store where the association was identified if needed.
As mentioned by @Seller_NbYSGJ8Tehgbv, you will be responsible for identifying how and why this happened including reaching out to any friends or family. Do you share any information like emails, devices, addresses or other business information that ties you to another person who previously or currently sells on amazon?
Surrounding the requirements and next steps, we will ask that you provide supporting evidence that you are "NOT" or are "NO LONGER" associated to this individual. These can include but are not limited to contracts, termination agreements, bill of sale, transfer of ownership. Depending on the reason for association documentation will vary or may not even exist.
If these documents do not exist or do not validate a proper separation to be accepted, we will require that the associated store be reactivated. Only when proper separation, or the reactivation of the associated store is received will your account be eligible for reactivation.
You can also see more on this on our seller university video on how to address a multiple account policy violation.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
