My account has been deactivated because it is in violation of Amazon’s Intellectual Property Policy
My account has been deactivated because it said my account in violation of Amazon’s Intellectual Property Policy. But we didn't sell the ASIN which caused my account deactivated, also no any Infringement performance in my account health. I don't know how should I do, who can help?

Infringing on IP does not require a sale. Deactivation can be hard to come back from. It doesnt help that its very clear you did not educate yourself about online commerce prior to doing business.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
Since it a Section 3 violation for IP anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as dropshipping violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
