I have seen couple discussions on how buying from retailer with receipt does not count for proof of purchase when you apply to sell.
If you can bulk purchase a branded item on Dollarama (online) with invoice, does it count?
If yes, say suppose I purchased Hot Wheels in bulk, whom do I ask for permission to sell; Dollarama or Hot wheels?

I don't think you can buy bulks for Hotwheels online, so no invoice.

Amazon will want to see an invoice from your distributor. If you purchase anything at Dollarama, you will receive a RECEIPT, which is not an invoice.
To sell a product new on Amazon, you must get permission, including a Letter of Authorization from the brand owner. You need to make purchases from an authorized distributor, not a retail store.

Dollarama is a retailer, you would get a receipt, not an Invoice. You need to purchase from the brand owner's authorized wholesale distributor.
Hot wheels, but you would have to wait to purchase until Hot Wheels authorizes your business to resell their product, and then they would let you know of which wholesale distributor is in your area.

How do you know that those biggest shops did not get authorization from Crayola?
How do you know that Crayola doesn't just say that because they already have exclusive sales contracts with other marketplace sellers?
