I am an Amazon seller and I have given permission to a friend who is also an Amazon seller to manage my PPC and Catalogue. However, when I went to “User Permissions” and clicked on “Manage Permissions” under my friend’s name, I was prompted to provide identity verification information. After clicking “Continue,” I received an error message stating that my friend cannot be added with their current email address and to use an alternate email address.

I’m not sure why this is happening. My friend’s email address is registered with their Amazon Seller India account. Can I grant permission to an email address that is not registered with Amazon?
