Aged inventory
I was on the phone with an agent who was supposed to transfer me to a manger and of course the phone got disconnected after I was on hold for a long period of time. I was just notified my inventory is aged and will be charged a surcharge fee of $6.75 per item which would cost me more in storage fees than actual profit! I'm very upset with the lack of communication, and poor customer service on their end. I'm also irritated by the fact there was a two week window where i was NOT allowed to sell and my account was on hold, because once again poor communication they told me I needed to verify my account for the informed consumer act, and just shut it down without any notice while waiting for the verification code postcard.
As a new seller i'm not really having a great experience thus far honestly. Any suggestions or feedback? Has anyone done the removal option? I'm wondering what the fees are regarding shipping it back to me and having it removed.

You can request a replacement postcard if the expected delivery date has passed. You must wait until three days after your latest request before submitting a new request. We suggest that you use the carrier tracking details to determine if your postcard is still on the way before requesting a new one.
