Upcoming phone call for account registration

Hello. On 12/04/23 I received an email from Amazon customer service saying they would call me within 3 days to register my account. But 2 weeks have passed, and they still haven’t called me or written a letter. Should I still wait for a call? Help with account activation

I do see that you had messages within your performance notifications. Please do review those as it looks like they were still waiting for some additional information.

However, I do see that you are saying you never received the call for phone verification, is that correct? Have you tried to open a new case with Seller Support to get another phone call set up yet?
