Featured Offer down from 70-80% to 0% in a few days
Has Anyone lost their buy box % (Featured offer)?
In just a couple of days, mine went from 80-97%% to 0, I do fulfilled by merchant mainly and I do have unique items. I have been reading in the forums many people with the same issue but no solution.
I have been sending several emails to the support but as usual, they copy and paste templates and they are not helpful.
All my metrics are good and the account is in good health. No notifications or emails from Amazon either.
I understand that this is a kind of Amazon glitch, is anyone having the same issue? I will keep trying to find solutions because went down dramatically.
So sad to see how Amazon plays with people’s businesses by just clicking a button or not taking care of important glitches like this

Have you checked your offers on the buyer site to see if it’s actually correct (the widget is some times wrong)
If so, are you hidden behind competitors or are you seeing the ‘see all buying options’ box instead ?

where is the graph for featured offer now? It used to be there if you clicked on the % on the dashboard, but they’ve moved it and I cant find it
