Remove hijacker from the listing
Hello everyone!
Need help in removing hijacker from the listing.
I have made the test buy and filed complaint (ID 14749541561) via Report Infringement tool in Account Health (don't have Brand Registry in Canada) several times already, but I was told they can't take action because the order ID I have provided is wrong (when in fact it is completely correct!)
I've tried contacting Seller Central Support (case ID 14750889721) too several times explaining my problem in detail, but no help at all!
Trying my luck here because the hijacker has been on the listing for more than a month now selling counterfeit using my brand!

Please know that only brands can report this issues and this can be done through Brand Registry’s “Report a Violation” tool or on the public facing notice form.
