UPC Code Update
The person who created our listings on Amazon used incorrect UPC codes. We have registered our brand with Amazon, and the trademark belongs to us in more than 30 countries. Unfortunately, the individuals who opened the listings entered different UPC codes, and when checked with GS1, these codes belong to a different company. Because of this, I am unable to make any changes to the listings, and all the product content information is also incorrect. I have opened over 20 tickets with Amazon to update our UPC codes, and despite providing all the necessary documents, they have told me that they can't update the listings and advised me to create new listings for merging. I created new listings, but when I contacted them to merge, they said they couldn't do it and told me to delete the old listings and start fresh with the new ones. However, I don’t want to delete the old listings because they have around 5-6 thousand reviews. How can I resolve this? Despite all the rights to my brand being mine, I still can’t solve this issue.
