Inventory Not Showing on MYI Page – Duplicate Listing Issue
Hi everyone,
We’re currently dealing with an issue where our inventory isn’t appearing on the Manage Your Inventory (MYI) page, even though it does show up in our FBA Inventory.
Amazon support told us the issue is due to two listings using the same SKU. We followed their instructions to delete one and keep the other. They also confirmed that the FNSKU mapping is correct — but the inventory is still missing from MYI, and the item remains unavailable for sale.
We’ve reached out multiple times (Case ID: 17512121871), but support keeps saying no further action is needed — even though the problem hasn’t been resolved.
Has anyone experienced something similar? We’d really appreciate any advice on how to fix this and get the listing active again.
