Increase Capacity Limits

I hope you all are doing well. I have been selling on the platform since 2017 in great standing and majority of my sales volumes come from oversize products over the years. However, I have been scaling my store and my standard size capacity limits are only 1,000 sq feet.
I legit cannot even keep my products in stock due to this and I have opened case after case with seller support to no avail. This is even more ridiculous when new sellers with zero sales history get unlimited capacity limits.
I even tried submitting a capacity increase where I would pay for it and it is just left pending until it expires.
Does anyone have any advice on how I can get this increase? Thank you!

I sadly don't have a solution but I am in the same boat you are. I'm having the same exact problem, not a single one of our products is old inventory either. I've heard that can cause issues. Everything we send sells through with in 30-60 days. I also put in for more storage space and had the same issue where it was just left pending until it expired. It's causing a major disruption in some of our new products! I hope we can both figure out a solution and continue growing our businesses. Best of luck to you and yours!
