VTR issue

For the longest time my VTR has hovered between 85-90% however for the past few weeks it has been dropping and now it is at 0.86% !! Nothing has changed how I send my items BPL LL using click and drop platform

the VTR report says they have tracking ID but they are not valid for some reason? How do I fix this. I have tried to ask amazon support but they don't grasp what I am trying to ask for some reason and keep saying they cannot remove VTR from my account

Can anyone help, I am repeatably being told I need to update tracking ID with correct information, however Royal Mail send the info automatically from click and collect, I don't alter anything.
