About To Be Scammed, I Fear

Hi everyone, I feel I'm about to be scammed ...just looking for some thoughts/advice on this.

Someone from Romania bought an item through Amazon.co.uk; it was supposed to arrive by the 11th, but it arrived on the 12th - it's now going through customs. It's coming from NI, so no fees to pay.

As soon as the item was shipped, the customer was difficult, calling me a liar because the "tracking number didn't exist" and demanding a refund. She sent me a screenshot of the tracking number on USPS tracking saying it didn't exist 🙄

Twice I explained we are in UK and use Royal Mail, not USPS. I sent her the tracking link and screenshot of the tracking page. After this she thought she was reporting me to Amazon, but sent it to me by mistake lol - with the same thing - i was lying because tracking number didnt exist and screenshot of USPS page and demanding a refund.

Now that it is late, she is demanding a refund - what can i do? If I refund she will never send it back? I think she has been the goal all along, whatever means she achieves it by.
