KYC Documentation - Statute Document
Seem to be going around in circles here. Amazon are asking for the below:
Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register)'
What do i need to provide them?

are you a Limited Company- this info is on Companies House. If not why do Amazon think you are?

Were you stuck with this as mentioned in the screenshot? I'm going through the same repeat cycle where I have submitted exact same documents as I did last year verification and it's going round and round with the verification.

Company house website, go to your filings, select "Incorporation", download the PDF which is several pages long.
Uploading this worked for us.

Just been through KYC.
Business address should be 'Registered office address' shown on company house.
We used a bank statement as proof of address. Worked for us.

Thanks, will give that a try and report back. Did they ask you for a hierarchal diagram of shares? If so, where did you upload this?

Below is a link that shows an example of a hierarchal diagram of shares and how to upload it.
Amazon is asking for this because at Companies House although the company that holds the majority of shares is shown (50-75%) the other 3 directors are also down as persons of significant control too. This generally means they hold a share of at least 25% this obviously is not possible .Also their share percentage of More Years LTD is not showing as required which is why Amazon are demanding the company structure showing all beneficiaries/directors and their % shares in the company.

Articles of Association (company’s governing rules)
Share Allotment Document, such as:Statement of Capital (shows ownership structure)
Annual Return (confirmation of company details)Share Register (list of shareholders)
It looks like you have more than 1 person in your Ltd company. All of that can be obtained from CH

It can be found on the Companies House website. Go to your company profile – then under the ‘More’ tab download the ‘company information snapshot’ pdf.

I contacted the partner team and they have reviewed your account. They informed that you need to provide an organizational chart to confirm the full ownership structure of the registered business .
They requested you to follow the steps explained in the email dated 06/03/2025 16:58 GMT. The verification can proceed as soon as you have uploaded and submitted your documents in Seller Central.
