- Contact Seller Support and provide the ASINs you want unmerged, along with any additional product information to help determine if the ASIN should be unmerged.
- Ensure the following requirements are met before requesting an unmerge:
- The pair of ASINs represent two significantly different products.
- You have an active offer for the product you want unmerged.
- There is merge history between the ASINs.
- The ASINs are not enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry (unless you are the brand owner).
3. In your unmerge request, include the target and source ASINs, clearly explain why the products are different, and provide photos and original product documentation if available.
4. Amazon’s catalog team will review your request. If approved, the unmerge will typically take up to 24 hours to complete.
